From the Stands: Lots going on in Guelph Storm land

The traditional Ontario Hockey League’s priority selection of 15-year-olds saw the Storm continue a family tradition of drafting Bertuzzi’s into the fold.  Young Tag Bertuzzi, a dynamic centre/winger, had 50 points in 49 games with the Oakland Jr. Grizzlies U16 club last season.  He is the son of former Storm player Todd Bertuzzi and cousin of ex-stormer Tyler Bertuzzi. (I had many Twitter followers suggesting it will be fun for the Storm’s PA announcer to be able to announce the name “Bertuuuuuuzzzi” once again – I think they are right.)

“We felt we had a pretty special draft this year and it started with a very special player in Tag Bertuzzi,” said outgoing Storm GM Mike Kelly.
