The Guelph Storm announced today the forward James McEwan is the Player of the Week for the week ending February 12, 2017, receiving the honours for the second time this season.
The Storm veteran has enjoyed much success on the road as of late and was on fire in the Storm’s final northern swing of the season. The Chatham, Ontario native helped lift the Storm over the North Bay Battalion last Thursday with a two-goal performance including the game winner. McEwan then followed that up with another two-goal game in Friday night’s contest with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.
