Acquired by the Storm at the beginning of this season, Shoemaker skated in 240 regular season games during his four year career in the OHL.  Originally drafted by the North Bay Battalion in the 6th round of the of the 2013 OHL Priority Selection… the Mississauga native was drafted 3 years later in the NHL Draft by the San Jose Sharks.  During his time with the Guelph Storm, he has played 65 games to date – picking up 10 points and he has been a veteran leader and steadying influence on a young blue line.  Watch the video below as we look back on the junior career of #3 Mark Shoemaker.
