The Guelph Storm keep the wins coming, earning their fifth straight victory in a 6-3 decision over visiting Owen Sound. Sophomore forward Tag Bertuzzi (3) had a goal and two assists, newly acquired forward Domenico Commisso recorded three helpers and Liam Hawel (5) had a goal and an assist as the Storm improved to 5-1-1-0. Mark Woolley (2), Alexey Toropchenko (3), Ryan Merkley (1) and Isaac Ratcliffe (7) also scored while netminder Anthony Popovich made 35 saves. It’s Guelph’s fifth straight six-goal game. The Attack outshot Guelph 38-28, getting a pair of goals from Daylon Groulx (2, 3) and one from Jackson Doherty (1) in the loss. The Bears fall to 3-5-0-0 on the season.
