1,000 more tickets released for Saturday

Following the Government of Ontario’s expansion of spectator capacity limits at indoor sporting venues, the Storm are excited to release 1,000 more tickets to fully vaccinated fans for our Home Opener against the Kitchener Rangers on Saturday, October 9.

“We spoke with the arena management and with additional staff brought in we are comfortable hosting up to 3,500 fans,” Vice President of Business Operations Matt Newby said.  “Adding up to 1,000 more instead of full capacity is a cautious approach, but we think it’s the right one with such short notice.”

Doors will open at 6pm tomorrow night, please arrive as early as possible and have your ID and vaccination information ready. When not in your seats remain social distanced and wear a face covering unless actively eating or drinking. Please remember to use the COVID screening tool found at before entering the facility.

The Storm open their 2021-22 regular season in Kitchener against the Rangers tonight at 7:00pm.  Tune in to watch on Rogers or Stream live on CHL TV (
