Following a meeting with the OHL Board of Governors and consultation with medical professionals, it was determined that the remaining 56 games of the 2019-20 OHL Regular Season schedule will be cancelled and not played.
The Guelph Storm support the Canadian Hockey League and Ontario Hockey League’s decision to conclude the 2019-20 OHL Regular Season to try to help eliminate the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). We are committed to the health and safety of our players, officials, fans, staff and the general public and will continue to monitor the situation in conjunction with the OHL and CHL.

Now that the 2019-20 regular season has been cancelled, what will happen to single game tickets?
Tickets will need to be refunded at your point of purchase. If you ordered online at tickets.guelphstorm.com or over the phone through the Guelph Storm Box Office, your credit card will be refunded automatically. There is no need to call our visit our office. Please hold onto your tickets until you see the refund (please allow 10 to 15 business days).
If you ordered in person at the Guelph Storm Box Office you will need to return the tickets (ideally with your original receipt) to our office during regular business hours. Please call for more details (519) 837-9690.
If you ordered through a third party or group, you will need to return your ticket to that seller to obtain a refund.
If tickets were purchased using gift certificate(s) or redeemable ticket voucher(s), they will be refunded as gift certificates or redeemable ticket voucher(s).
