Community Backpack Project in Support of Hope House Guelph

The Guelph Storm has partnered with Hope House Guelph to support their Community Backpack Project.

Summer may be beginning, but Hope House Guelph is planning ahead for back to school. Hope House coordinates a school supply drive every year to provide children with the tools they need to have a successful school year.

Donate a complete backpack bundle to receive two complimentary ticket vouchers to our game on Friday, December 2nd when we take on the Erie Otters. For a bundle to be complete it must have all the items listed below, and the items must be new and unused. All backpack bundles can be dropped off at the Storm office or Mark Wilson’s Better Used Cars between July 4th and July 28th.

Bundle 1 (Junior Kindergarten – Grade 3):

  • Backpack
  • Lunchbag
  • Pencil crayons
  • Crayons
  • Ruler
  • Safety scissors
  • Pencil case

Bundle 2 (Grades 4 – 6):

  • Backpack
  • Lunch bag
  • Pencil crayons
  • 1 notebook
  • Lined paper
  • Graph paper
  • Ruler
  • Pencil case
