Kids Takeover Day – Monday, February 20th vs. Owen Sound Attack
The kids are taking over!
The Storm are excited to celebrate the youngest members of Storm City with Kids Takeover Day on Monday, February 20th when the Storm host the Owen Sound Attack at 2 p.m. Throughout the game, Kids will help Storm staff at all levels of our game day and share in some game-day responsibilities.
There will also be a mascot meet and greet pre-game as well as activities in our Kids Zone Game Asylum by Gate#1.
The following positions are looking to be filled:
- General Manager
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coaches (x2)
- Trainer
- PA announcer
- Game Day Social Media
- Rogers Broadcaster
- Video Scoreboard Operator/ Graphic Designer
Kids aged 12 and under may apply. Winners will receive two complimentary tickets to Monday’s game.
For the position of General Manager:
Complete the scouting report below for any current Guelph Storm player and upload it.
For the position of Head Coach, Assistant Coach
Send us a video of a pre-game speech that you would deliver to the Storm ahead of a big game. Imagine being in the dressing room right before the Storm are about to step out onto the ice for the biggest game of the season! Video must remain under 2 minutes and be filmed landscape (horizontal).
For the position of Trainer:
Tell us why you would want to work with our trainer and the top 3 tips you think are necessary to get our players ready for a game!

For the position of Social Media/Broadcast:
Send a video in of what three questions you would ask a Storm player during an interview in the second intermission!
For the position of Video Scoreboard Operator/Graphic Designer:
Send us a drawing of your best Storm logo, Attack logo and your favourite Storm player!
