The Barrie Colts tried a different tactic to try and solve the OHL’s best goaltender Friday night at the Sleeman Centre.
The Colts were chirping and bumping the Guelph Storm’s Nico Daws from the opening face off, trying to throw Daws off his game.
It didn’t work, as he made 39 saves for his fourth shutout of the season in a 4-0 Storm victory.
Daws said Barrie clearly had a game plan going into the game.
