Storm stopped in shootout

WINDSOR — The Windsor Spitfires outscored the Guelph Storm 3-2 in the shootout to come away with a 2-1 win over the Guelph Storm Saturday night in Windsor.

Guelph’s first two shooter scored, but the next six were all stopped by Windsor goaltender Michael DiPietro.

Winsor’s Chris Playfair and Guelph’s Isaac Ratcliffe exchanged second period goals in regulation.
