POST JR CAREER: Following his junior career, Jakub has played for Utah (AHL), San Antonio (AHL), Ilves (Liiga), Sparta Praha (Czech), Brno Kometa (Czech), Klagenfurt (Austria) and Plzen HC (Czech).
